Function Room Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions are implemented for the enjoyment of all patrons to the premises and to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all your function guests. Please read all those detailed below

The following Terms and Conditions are implemented for the enjoyment of all patrons to the premises and to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all your function guests. Please read all those detailed below
- Deposit of £50 is required upon booking your function and will be refunded on the understanding that there is no damage to any fixtures/fittings or decoration to the premises
- If supplying your own buffet The East End Inn accepts no responsibility for the welfare of guests consuming
- Any deposit refunds due shall be given after 24 hours after the event
- Cancellation of the booking shall result in forfeit of the deposit paid should the termination notice be less than 48 hours prior to the event.
- It is compulsory for all 18th and 21st birthday parties to have a door steward in attendance for which The East End Inn will charge for to ensure the safety and legal compliance of guests in attendance.
- Customers must be aware that any buffet provisions may contain traces of nuts and although special dietary requirements will be accommodated, we cannot accept responsibility for any traces of nuts.
- The management reserve the right to refuse entry to guests at their discretion and also the right to cancel the booking at any time in accordance with protecting the needs of the business
- All balances due must be paid at least 48 hours prior to the event
- Anyone under the age of 18 found to be consuming alcohol will be asked to leave the premises
- Anyone found to be buying alcohol for under 18's will also be asked to leave the premises
- We accept no responsibility for the quality, attendance or value of any entertainment booked independently
- Drinks are not permitted to be taken off the premises
- Staff are within their rights to refuse to serve people if it is deemed necessary
- No alcohol to be brought onto the premises
